We are a volunteer-run community advocacy group supporting local candidates and politics working for a bright, forward-looking Marblehead. We represent Millennials and Gen Z who have an important and urgent responsibility to shepherd Marblehead into the future. Our founders and supporters deeply appreciate the complexity of that responsibility in a world of competing priorities (work, health, parenting, eldercare, finances, information overload - to name a few!), and incorporate this perspective in achieving our mission.
Through our advocacy, we encourage our community, potential leaders, and elected officials to embrace the values of experience, respect, reason, and inclusivity, to build and protect the Marblehead of tomorrow.
We want to help Marblehead residents cut through the noise - signs, stickers, social media. Our message is delivered offline, in simple, direct communications - to empower our community with important information and ensure Marblehead continues to move forward with purpose and positivity.
Marblehead Forward is currently focused on the special election referendum that will decide whether to uphold the Town Meeting decision to approve the 3A Zoning Mandate as part of the MBTA Communities Act. We have conducted extensive research on the topic and are recommending a Yes vote to reaffirm the Town Meeting decision.

Marblehead Forward is focused on vetting candidates that align with our values for Marblehead’s Town Election on June 10, 2025. Our research into each candidate for the election's contested races focused on the candidates' website & social media, interviews & articles in The Marblehead Current and Marblehead Weekly News, as well as The Marblehead League of Women Voters Candidate's Night panel.
